Dear Beloved Members in Christ,
The Word of God reminds us that the Lord knows all our ways and examines our hearts. Nothing about our lives is hidden from God, who searches us not to condemn, but to transform us into love. As we journey through this year, we are called anew to uphold and practice Christian love and forgiveness, especially in a world where hatred, division, and judgment is becoming increasingly common. As followers of Christ, our response must be different rooted in grace, compassion, and reconciliation. In God’s sight, all people are equal. Yet, at times, we fall into the temptation of comparing ourselves with others and considering some as less than ourselves.
Such attitudes stand in contrast to the Gospel of Jesus Christ. We are reminded that every human being is God’s creation, made in God’s image. Therefore, we are called to reject all forms of discrimination and to avoid divisions based on race, color, creed, or social status. Instead, let us practice love that reflects Christ’s love selfless, sacrificial, and unconditional. May this year be a time
when our church becomes a living witness to God’s inclusive love, where forgiveness replaces resentment and unity overcome division.
Let us examine ourselves, renew our commitment to Christ, and truly practice love in our daily lives.
With prayers and blessings,
In Christ’s service, With Prayers
